Almost all ProTec Divisions’ survey scores improved over 2010. There is no better way to know how our people are providing our services than to ask our clients. Every year in June we ask our clients four (4) quick questions, all on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being very satisfied: 1) How satisfied are you with our technician, engineer or janitor? 2) How satisfied are you with the management of our services – your Account Manager? 3) How satisfied are you with our invoicing process? 4) How likely would you be to recommend ProTec to a friend or colleague?
