El Nino has not been behaving as predicted. Meteorologist’s last fall thought that this years El Nino would be blasting Southern California.

Just recently other meteorologists have stated that there is still six to eight more weeks left for El Nino to dump rain in Southern California. However, they are not too hopeful that we will receive the originally predicted large quantities of rain that could help our drought.
